The Association of Diversity Councils

Certified Women's Business Enterpriseis a member-based network of diversity councils. The Association of Diversity Councils is dedicated to increasing the impact, effectiveness and recognition of diversity councils as an essential partner in developing, implementing and maintaining a strategic diversity focus within the organization.

Diversity councils are comprised of individual members who volunteer their time, passion, talents and expertise. They want to be sure their efforts are making a significant difference. Executives who depend on the work of the Council to guide the diversity efforts and implement various tactics, want to insure that the organization is getting its' money's worth and they want to know that the Council is on the right track.

Our focus is on meeting the needs of your diversity council and its members - whether it is newly formed, has been in existence for a while but in a slump or needs new energy, or simply wants to get better through benchmarking, additional education and renewed focus.

The purpose of the Association of Diversity Councils is to provide resources to educate, develop and inspire your diversity council and each member to reach higher levels of impact and effectiveness to achieve results.
