Welcome to the ADC Academy, your education and resources learning center. The ADC Academy includes a variety of educational resources designed to help grow your skills and increase your diversity competence, including seven hours of cutting-edge eLearning.
Education resources and tools in this learning center allow you the flexibility to work on programs and learn and your own pace. Designated resources may be made available for use with non-member company employees.
We know that diverse training tools are important to meet the broad spectrum of diversity education needs of our members. So, we have designed tools to meet you where you are, expand your knowledge of diversity and inclusion, as well as increase your overall diversity awareness. These learning tools may be used in individual or group settings.
With ADC's eLearning diversity programs, you may take the classes at any computer any time. You will benefit considerably from an environment where you set your own schedule and learn at your own pace.
